Pricing control · For K-beauty brands

Know who's selling you — and for how much.

Once your brand is in the US, resellers appear, prices drift, and gray-market listings undercut the partners who play fair. Plug Watch tracks your products across US retailers and marketplaces, flags when someone breaks your minimum price (MAP) or shows up as an unauthorized seller, and shows how your pricing looks across every channel — so your brand doesn't get cheapened behind your back.

No pay-to-rank. Neutral monitoring — we never take payment to hide a seller or move a ranking.

Why pricing control matters

A brand you can't see being sold is a brand you can't protect.

The moment you're carried in the US, your pricing stops being fully yours. Distributors resell, marketplaces fill with third-party sellers, and someone always discounts below your MAP to win the buy box — which trains shoppers to wait for the lowest price and makes your authorized partners feel undercut. Worse, gray-market and counterfeit-prone listings erode the trust that makes people buy K-beauty in the first place. You can't fix what you can't see — and manually checking a dozen retailers every week doesn't scale.

What Plug Watch does

Cross-retailer price tracking

We watch your products across US retailers and marketplaces and show every price in one place — so you see the whole picture instead of checking sites one by one.

MAP-break alerts

Set your minimum advertised price and we flag when a seller drops below it, so you can enforce your policy before it spreads.

Unauthorized-seller detection

Spot sellers you never approved — the gray-market and third-party listings that undercut your partners and put authenticity at risk.

Channel & coverage view

See where you're present and where you're not across channels, and how your pricing compares — useful for both protection and your retail pitch.

Demand signal

Backed by our K-beauty demand index, so you see not just who's selling you, but where category interest is heading.

How it works

  1. 1

Tell us your brand, your authorized sellers, and your MAP.

  2. 2

We monitor US retailers and marketplaces for your products.

  3. 3

Get flagged when a price breaks MAP or an unauthorized seller appears.

Neutral by design.

Plug Watch is monitoring, not enforcement muscle — it shows you what's happening so you can act, and it treats every seller the same way. We don't take payment to hide a listing, soften a flag, or move a ranking. The data is the data. What you do with it is up to you and your retail agreements.

Common questions

What is MAP and why does it matter?

MAP — minimum advertised price — is the lowest price you allow sellers to advertise your product for. When sellers break MAP, it undercuts your authorized partners and trains shoppers to wait for discounts. Monitoring lets you catch breaks early and enforce your policy consistently.

How do you find unauthorized sellers?

We track listings of your products across US retailers and marketplaces and compare them to the authorized sellers you tell us about — so anyone selling you outside that list surfaces as unauthorized for you to review.

Can you remove a bad listing or seller for me?

No — we're a monitoring and visibility tool, not an enforcement agency. We show you MAP breaks and unauthorized sellers so you can act through your own retail agreements or a takedown service. We stay neutral and never enforce selectively for payment.

Is this only for big brands?

No. It's built for emerging Korean brands that are just starting to appear in the US and can't afford enterprise brand-protection software or a full-time person checking retailers by hand.

How is this different from enterprise MAP tools?

Enterprise brand-protection suites are powerful but priced and shaped for large catalogs. Plug Watch is vertical to K-beauty, part of a wider toolkit, and built on our own cross-retailer and demand data — at a self-serve price.

How much does it cost?

Monitoring is free to start, as part of the Brand Hub. It's one of a suite of free tools for emerging K-beauty brands in our Ieum program — discovery, verification, and the toolkit are free, and we never take payment to rank.
